Looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant for a growing company. We are a full service physical therapy billing and management office, located in Redding, CA. Full time position but part time will be considered for the right candidate. This position has potential for significant advancement in the accounting and financial management within our company.

Anticipated hours will be M-F, 8-5. This position is available immediately.

Pay range: starting at $20-23/hour, DOE

Job Duties:

*Provide support to Bookkeeper and Accountant

*Assist with creating and editing financial documents.

*Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.

*Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.

*Assist with payroll

*Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.

*General data entry/filing
*Organization

Qualities Desired:

*Knowledgeable with QuickBooks

*Experience with A/P & A/R

*Detail oriented

*Enjoys/loves working with numbers
*Can work independently or in a team
*Reliable and trustworthy
*Proficient at multi-tasking

*Strong computer skills
